The World’s First and Only Foundation Dedicated to a GANGFREE World!

Rusty KeebleThe Rusty Keeble Foundation (RKF) was established in 2009 as a response to the lack of global attention being given to the ever-increasing proliferation of gangs, gang crime and gang violence around the world and the need to develop and establish a consistent “global” vision and voice to combat, reduce and ultimately eliminate gang violence from within our communities.

The RKF is a non-profit organization (501c3 pending) created for the purpose of promoting the diffusion of the knowledge of gangs and their negative impact on society.

We will further implement this global vision of a worldwide organization that brings all parties together under one unified mission by providing an environment and an outlet where all stakeholders ranging from the concerned citizen to civic groups, community organizations and gang investigator associations, to faith-based organizations, elected leaders, businesses, local, state, federal, and international governments as well as the media can collectively come together as one “global” voice against gang violence.

Only in forming this union between all stakeholders and available resources will the reduction of gang members, gang crimes and gang violence around the world be realized. This has never been more crucial then it is today in order to ensure our communities and schools, our families and most importantly our children can reach their full potential.

Through this vision, the Rusty Keeble Foundation has taken an aggressive first step by establishing the GANGFREE Project to assist governments, agencies and communities worldwide in bringing unity to the idea of building a “GANGFREE World One Community at a Time” and preventing our children from falling victim to the fallacies of the gang subculture and eliminate the allure that attracts them to the “Gangster Lifestyle.”

Additionally, the RKF also supports associations, organizations and professionals whose primary focus is the reduction of gangs and gang violence throughout the world.  With this commitment, the RKF will solicit, administer and expand funds for both law enforcement and non-law enforcement “anti-gang related” charitable and educational purposes that supports the GANGFREE message and will serve to both financially and programmatically provide and support the necessary gang-reduction initiatives pertaining to areas in leadership, education, training and research.

Lastly, the Rusty Keeble Foundation is also the charitable arm of The Gang Professionals Company, LLC (www.GangProfessionals.com).

Through this partnership, we have set out to establish the world’s first, only and largest “combined” global network of local, state, federal and international governments as well as private businesses, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations and community members from around the world.

We are also committed to recognizing and honoring those whom have both excelled in the anti-gang profession and who have paid the ultimate price by loosing their life in the line of duty. In 2011, we will be announcing our G-PRO Honors initiatives with the establishment of the annual Gang Professionals Awards Program (G-PRO Honors) and the Gang Professionals Appreciation Week (November 1st – 7th), where we will recognize and show gratitude to the professionals that combat this threat every day as well as the programs and services that support them as well as the Gang Professionals Memorial Fund (G-PRO Fund), which will recognize those gang professionals killed and/or disabled in the line of duty as well as those criminal justice professionals who were killed and/or disabled by a gang member in the line of duty.
